All Temp-To-Hire positions are based on the employee's trial period, which may very, and is at the client's discretion.  No Temp-To-Hire is guaranteed, nor is permanent employment implied.

The decision as to who is hired permanently is solely by the client and will be based on performance, attendence, and ability to perform the assigned job.  Please remember TPR Personnel is your employer.  If any of the following situations arise, you must contact TPR Personnel as soon as possible:

  • Changes in assigned duties.
  • Assignments has been extended or ended.
  • You were asked not to return to the job-site.
  • You are going to be late or absent from your assignment.
If you call before or after hours, a message should be left on the answering service.  Failure to comply with this policy will result in employment separation.
