 General Policy 

Time-cards are to be turned in every Monday by 12:00 noon.  At the end of each week or after the completion of a job, it is your responsibility to have the Client approve and sign your time card.  Time-cards may be faxed; however, phone verification is required after fax is completed.  It is your responsibility to verify your time with payroll by Monday of each week; otherwise, changes that need to apply will take place the following pay period.  Checks will be mailed to ensure delivery to your home address by Friday.   Friday is payday.

To ensure that you will be paid accurately and on time, your time-card must be completed correctly.  A copy of a time-sheet is located in any of our offices on the bulletin board, if you have any questions on the proper way to fill out your time-sheet, please call your Employment Coordinator for instructions.
