First impression is everything. A clean and neat appearance, arrive to work early, maintain a good and cooperative attitude, keep telephone calls at minimum (emergencies), no cell phone calls during working hours, and complete job
assignments satisfactorily; are key aspects to a successful employment at TPR Personnel. Here are our different policies created to guarantee an equal, healthy, effective, and successful employment with us:
Hiring Policy

TPR Personnel will only consider
you for an assignment; whether temporary or permanent, after a skill assessment and personal interview. Decisions as to who receives an assignment are based on a variety of factors including: job skills, willingness to work, willingness to accept the salary offered, availability, ability
to perform the job, employment and character references.
If information has been falsified or omitted from the application, the applicant will be disqualified from being hired. Employees will be subject to termination if the information of falsification on the application is not
discovered before being hired.
Standards of Conduct
Appropriate behavior is required and will be followed by all employees. Certain behaviors will not be tolerated. These behaviors are; but not limited to, the following:
- Failure to contact TPR Personnel if you are going to be late or absent.
- Disorderly conduct.
- Possession of weapons on company/customer premises.
- Willful damage of company, customer or fellow employee property.
- Failure to follow company dress code.
- Possession of, or behavior under the influence of intoxicans or narcotics on company/customer premises.
- Insubordination.
- Threatening, intimidating, coercing, interfering or fighting with fellow employees working at the job-site.
- Carrying on outside activities; including, soliciting, collections, petitions, or any other personal activity during working hours which would interfere with the work of others.
- Distributing any literature, written or printed matter of any description in the working area.
- Failure to turn off cell phones during working hours.
